Ce mois de novembre je commence le #30dayspeakingchallenge by English with Jonathan. C'est un défi dont le but est de parler un peu chaque jour dans une langue cible de son choix. Je parle plusieurs langues étrangères mais j'ai choisi de me focaliser sur l'italien ce mois-ci et je parviens à tenir le rythme je pense continuer les autres mois sur d'autres langues. 

This November I began the #30dayspeakingchallenge by English with Jonathan. The challenge is to speak a little bit every day in a target language of your choice. I speak several foreign languages but I chose to focus on Italian this month and if I succeed in holding the rhythm I think I'll keep going further with other languages.

Une fois inscrit, Jonathan envoie un mail par jour donnant les instructions et les liens pour poster les enregistrements. Tout est gratuit et très bien expliqué et la communauté est active et bienveillante. Chacun fait à son niveau et à son rythme sans qu'il y ai de pression. Chaque jour un thème est donné sur lequel chacun s'exprime en fonction de son niveau. 

Once registered, Jonathan sends a daily e-mail giving the instructions and the links to post the recordings. Everything is free and very well explained and the community is active and friendly. Everyone does how he can according to his level and at its own pace without having any pressure. Every day different theme is given on which everyone expresses himself according to his level.

Si vous pratiquez une ou plusieurs langues étrangères je vous conseille fortement ce challenge. C'est un bon moyen de pratiquer une langue sans avoir la pression d'avoir un interlocuteur en face, ce qui des fois peut impressionner surtout lorsque l'on est débutant. Vous pouvez, je pense, tout à fait le rejoindre en cours de mois, il suffit de contacter Jonathan directement ici.

If you're practicing one or several foreign languages I strongly recommend this challenge. It is a good way to practice a language without having the pressure of having an interlocutor, which sometimes can be impressive especially for a novice. You can, I think, completely join the challenge during the month, you just have to contact Jonathan directly here.
