L'histoire
Patrick Dempsey incarne Harry Quebert, un écrivain à succès accusé, trente ans après les faits, du meurtre de Nola Kellergan, une jeune fille de 15 ans, avec qui il aurait eu une liaison. Convaincu de son innocence, Marcus Goldman, ancien élève à l'université et ami de Harry abandonne tout pour mener son enquête. Il est rapidement dépassé par les événements : l'enquête s'enlise et il fait l objet de menaces.
Patrick Dempsey plays Harry Quebert, a successful writer accused, thirty years after the facts, of the murder of Nola Kellergan, a 15-year-old girl, with whom he supposed to have had an affair. Convinced of its innocence, Marcus Goldman, an alumnus at the university and a friend of Harry gives up everything to lead the investigation. He is quickly overtaken by the events : the investigation is sinking and he's threatened.
